Seeking therapy can be both a brave and meaningful step toward change. As your therapist, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I believe people heal when they feel genuinely accepted and supported in a space where they can explore their experiences without judgment entered this field because I believe people deserve a place where they don’t have to carry their struggles alone. I have seen how transformative it can be when someone finally has a space to feel seen and understood, and I would feel honored to be part of that process. I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Avila University and am committed to helping clients reconnect with their strengths and discover new possibilities for growth
