Estrella Montiel-Medoza
Intern
Taking the first step in seeking mental health support can feel unfamiliar and overwhelming, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this journey. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood. I aim to walk alongside you, navigate the struggles and pain you have felt and explore a path to healing. I believe that approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy can help reshape unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping skills and grounding techniques, and empower you to move toward the life you want.
