Hannah Keel
Intern
Seeking therapy means you’re looking for someone who can meet you where you are and help you navigate challenges that may feel overwhelming to handle alone. My goal as your therapist is to provide a welcoming, open space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and begin moving toward meaningful change. I offer a non-judgmental, warm environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
I draw from CBT and a person-centered approach to help you identify and shift thought patterns that may be impacting different areas of your life. I work closely with adolescents and adults to process difficult emotions, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build healthy coping skills that support your daily functioning and relationships.
I strive to provide a collaborative, strength-based approach that honors your voice and empowers you to make the changes you’re striving for!
