A Self-Care Conference for Helping Professionals

Join us for a morning of self-care restoration and six all-inclusive CEUs, including the following, available to view virtually at your own pace

September 26th, 9:00AM - 1:00PM
Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center

Join us for a half-day experience designed to restore the light within those who give so much to others.

CARE4U2 is a self-care conference designed specifically for mental health and helping professionals seeking to reconnect with joy and deepen their sense of purpose, presence, and renewal.

This year’s theme, Reclaiming Joy: Purpose, Presence, Renewal, invites you to reconnect to your body, your values, and the joy that sustains your work.

  • "Laughter Lab" - Performance from a local KC Improv comedian followed by an info session on how to use humor with clients or in the work we do

  • Explore joy your way through our “Choose Your Own Joy Adventure” activity stations

  • Reflect, restore, and play through creative expression, movement, gratitude, and grounding

  • Leave with a full heart, new tools, and a fresh sense of possibility

Whether you need rest, inspiration, or reconnection, this space is for you. Come exactly as you are — and leave feeling more like yourself.

Dress code is casual!
