CARE4U2 is a self-care conference designed specifically for mental health and helping professionals seeking to reconnect with joy and deepen their sense of purpose, presence, and renewal.
This year’s theme, Reclaiming Joy: Purpose, Presence, Renewal, invites you to reconnect to your body, your values, and the joy that sustains your work.
"Laughter Lab" - Performance from a local KC Improv comedian followed by an info session on how to use humor with clients or in the work we do
Explore joy your way through our “Choose Your Own Joy Adventure” activity stations
Reflect, restore, and play through creative expression, movement, gratitude, and grounding
Leave with a full heart, new tools, and a fresh sense of possibility
Whether you need rest, inspiration, or reconnection, this space is for you. Come exactly as you are — and leave feeling more like yourself.

6 CEUs will be available asynchronously before and after the event.
Recordings will be available starting Friday, September 19th at 6pm until Friday, October 10th at 11:00 PM.
The in-person event on September 26th is all about reconnecting with your body, values, and joy through immersive self-care activities.
Regardless of if you are able to attend in person or not, you still have access to the virtual CEUs!
