I believe therapy works best when it helps people truly understand themselves and relate to their inner world with more compassion. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck in anxiety, old emotional wounds, or relationship patterns they don’t want to keep repeating. My approach focuses on increasing self-awareness, learning to regulate the nervous system, and gently exploring the parts of ourselves that developed as a way to survive. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and older teens to help them slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
