Zaira Gomez
Intern
Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but also a sign of strength. I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, I strive to engage in each session with genuine curiosity, respect, and a nonjudgmental mindset—believing that every client is the expert in their own life. I am committed to providing a culturally sensitive environment that embraces each individual’s unique experiences. Working collaboratively, I help individuals build practical skills, develop insight, and create meaningful change by identifying and shifting unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. My goal is to foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering space where you can grow, gain clarity, and begin living the life you want. I am eager to work together!
