Few experiences are more difficult than watching someone you love struggle or navigating your own pain without a clear path forward. Whether you’re a parent worried about your child’s anxiety, a teen overwhelmed by emotions you don’t fully understand, or an individual navigating trauma or loss, I want you to know- you don’t have to do this alone.
From hospitals to therapy rooms, I’ve spent nearly a decade supporting children, adolescents, and families through some of life’s most defining and vulnerable moments. I believe deeply in the healing power of connection, play, and being truly seen. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply attuned to each client’s emotional and developmental needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to help children and teens process big emotions in ways that feel safe and accessible. I also work closely with parents and caregivers- not just to support their child’s growth- but to hold space for their own worries, grief, and hopes, including the emotional weight of parenting under difficult circumstances. While I have a special passion for working with children and teens navigating trauma, chronic illness, and grief, I also love helping clients of all ages manage everyday challenges like anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, and relational stress.
Therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. It’s a collaborative, compassionate process where your voice and values are central. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with heart, clinical expertise, and genuine care, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
