Therapy is about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I believe therapy should be a collaborative journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside individuals navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals, teens and children who are seeking help in managing anxiety and depression, working through life transitions and exploring identify development. As a Hispanic clinician, I’m passionate about supporting individuals with multicultural or multiethnic identities, helping them embrace all parts of themselves in a way that feels authentic and empowering. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or continuing your journey, I’m here to meet you where you are and work alongside you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
