Reaching out for therapy is a courageous step, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where we can explore life’s challenges together, build on your strengths, and develop practical skills to help you move toward the life you want.

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.
