Emmi Bausch

Intern

A lot of what brings people into counseling can feel heavy, confusing, or isolating, and I want to help create a space where people do not have to carry that alone. I take a collaborative approach, seeing the counseling relationship as something we build together, where clients are able to move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for them. In my work, I focus on helping clients make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels understandable instead of overwhelming. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, and I value the opportunity to meet people where they are in their unique experiences. My goal is to support clients in feeling more grounded, more confident in themselves, and more capable of navigating life's challenges with self-compassion and practical tools they can use outside of sessions. I feel extremely grateful to be part of clients' journeys as they work toward healing, clarity, and the goals that matter most to them.
