Lindsey Mona
Intern
Life can feel overwhelming at times. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood, and I strive to create a safe space to slow down, gain perspective, and move toward the life you want to create. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I work with clients who are experiencing relationship issues, struggling with past traumas, or feeling stuck in life. Together, we identify strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward goals that align with your values. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I am honored to walk alongside you as you build insight, confidence, and lasting change. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
