Starting therapy can feel both scary and hopeful, especially during times of change. My goal is to offer a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to show up as you are.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges, with a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and women. In our work together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and help you feel more grounded and confident—while also gently challenging unhelpful thoughts that may be keeping you stuck.
Our work together to feel collaborative and genuine, where you feel truly listened to and supported. I’d be glad to walk alongside you as you move toward growth and change!
