Mary Savvides
Intern
I believe in the power of connection and awareness. My goal as a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, relationships, and emotions. Together, we will gain a deeper understanding of patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward building healthier ways of processing your experiences and connecting with others.
I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, believing that each person already has the capacity for growth and change. I’ll work with you to increase insight, develop practical skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I’d love to have the opportunity to guide you in this process.
