Alyssia Roennengart

LMSW

Beginning therapy is a journey to explore the self and how you want to show up in your life and in the lives of those around you. Change can be nerve-racking. My intention is to work alongside you to create a collaborative and safe space where you can process, laugh, cry, challenge, and make meaning of the human experience. Together, we can explore what you value most and work toward creating lasting change that is driven by your goals and needs. I also strive to create an environment where you can show up just as you are, because your lived experiences matter. There is no perfect time or reason to begin therapy. You are always worthy of finding comfort, balance, and joy.
