Haley Blickenstaff

Intern

Seeking counseling is a brave step toward creating positive change in your life, and my goal as your therapist is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel safe to explore challenges and build on your strengths. I believe that meaningful growth happens through both self-understanding and connection with others, and I strive to help clients strengthen their relationships — whether with themselves, loved ones, or the world around them. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply connected. I often incorporate cognitive-behavioral principles to help clients identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I also value the importance of healthy, supportive relationships in our overall well-being and enjoy working with couples and families to improve communication and foster deeper understanding. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients in their unique journeys, and I look forward to offering a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to create the life you want.
