Grant Dichiser
Intern
Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or depression. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults to explore life’s challenges, strengthen resilience, and build meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in somatic experiencing and person-centered therapy. In our work together, we’ll gently tune into the body’s signals, such as tension, breath, or physical sensations, to help process unresolved experiences and restore a sense of safety and balance. I believe the body holds valuable insight, and learning to listen to it can be a powerful part of healing.
I view therapy as a process of gently coming back into connection with yourself, especially the parts that have been overwhelmed, ignored, or shut down. By cultivating awareness of your body's signals and responses, we can begin to release patterns shaped by past experiences and create new pathways toward calm, presence, and self-trust. Together, we can work toward a sense of wholeness and ease that feels true to you.
