I am a dedicated counselor with experience supporting clients from elementary-age children to young adults, as well as partnering with parents to build cohesive systems of support. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered techniques to meet each client where they are and empower meaningful progress. Whether I'm helping a child build coping skills, guiding a teen through emotional struggles, or collaborating with families to strengthen communication and structure, I am committed to creating a supportive and goal-oriented space where clients feel heard, capable, and hopeful.
