Kortney Ward
LMSW
As a licensed master social worker and former collegiate athlete, I understand the internal pressure that can come with high-performance environments—whether in sports, work, parenting, or everyday life. My background in both competitive athletics and life experience has shaped my belief that empathy, understanding, and teamwork are the cornerstones of meaningful growth.
I work best with individuals who are navigating transition, pressure, or identity questions—especially those who feel they need to “hold it all together” for others. While I have a special interest in supporting athletes and performers, my approach is inclusive and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a space where they can be fully human and grow into strength.
I use a solution-focused, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based techniques to support healing, clarity, and forward movement. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or simply needing someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to help.
