Beginning therapy is a brave and powerful decision, and I’m here to help guide you through the process with compassion and understanding. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore your challenges, uncover underlying patterns, and work together toward healing and growth. I specialize in supporting individuals, teens, and children as they navigate life's complexities, from managing stress and anxiety to improving relationships, and coping with past trauma.
I also believe in the power of play to create a safe space for growth, healing, and self-discovery for children. I work closely with children and their families to build trust, strengthen communication, and support emotional well-being. It would be my privilege to support your child on their journey of growth and healing.
