If you are seeking support on your healing journey, it would be my honor to walk alongside you. I understand how difficult it can feel to be vulnerable and to reach out for guidance. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to heal, grow, and reconnect with your authentic self.
For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping people create meaningful change in their lives. My approach blends proven therapeutic techniques with empathy and respect, fostering healing, self-acceptance, and resilience. I specialize in working with individuals overcoming addiction—including substances, sex, pornography, and food—and I bring particular expertise in addressing the connection between trauma and addiction.
Beyond addiction recovery, I also work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-worth, shame, guilt, and stress management. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and together we can build the tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and peace.
