Leah Wagner
Intern
Seeking counseling can feel both hopeful and overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. I work with individual 16+ who are navigating anxiety, identity, questions, trauma, career, stress, and the transitions that shape young adulthood. My approaches, warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I draw from person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based modalities to help you explore your experiences, understand the patterns that are causing distress, and build skills that support healing and growth.
