PLPC

Are you someone who struggles with identity, stress, anxiety, or relationships? If so, I invite you to a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Messy feelings, big dreams, and everything in between are welcome. Here, you get to feel heard, supported, and encouraged as we work toward the changes you want to see.

I work with couples, families, and individuals 13+ at all stages of life. Whether you’re hoping to feel closer in your relationship, bring more calm to your home, or get to know yourself on a deeper level, we’ll figure it out together. No judgment and no pressure. Just real conversations and practical steps forward with evidenced based modalities.

A Little About Me:

I've always been passionate about helping others. Before settling into therapy, I worked in foster care and as a preschool teacher. I spent my days supporting children and families through challenges, big emotions, and relationship building. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in emotional regulation, communication, and fostering healthy relationships. I still use these skills daily in the therapy space. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build meaningful connections with others.

As a woman of color, my identity is an important part of who I am. My own experiences with self-discovery and learning to embrace my authentic self has given me a deeper understanding of how challenging it can be to find where you belong. Over time, I gained the confidence to stop trying to fit in and start celebrating the things that make me unique. Don't be surprised if you see me cosplaying at a convention and fully embracing my nerdy side. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable exploring your identity, building confidence, and becoming more fully yourself.
