“Your life is a book with many chapters and pages. Every day is a new page. You write your own story.” Life is full of changes that can feel overwhelming or leave you questioning yourself. Sometimes it can feel like you have writer’s block or turning the page to continue writing feels impossible. Seeking help and understanding in therapy is a brave first step in helping yourself continue the story. My hope is that when you enter my office you feel safe, heard, and seen when you share your story with me.
Life can feel challenging and confusing for children too. It might not feel like a book for them, maybe a series of pictures or make-believe scenarios. But, we can still collaborate with your child in their journey through play! My therapy style with all clients, young to grown, is collaborative and non-judgmental. I will meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you in your story.
