Truly getting to know yourself – your thoughts, feelings, patterns – is one of the most challenging yet essential parts of life. I am here to help you make sense of who you are, what you’ve been through, and how you can create habits to feel and act your best. The layers of expectations placed on us by society often require healing. As part of healing, I believe in the value of storytelling. I walk alongside clients as they re-author their stories in a way that embodies confidence and strength. My therapy style is warm and collaborative, and I often integrate practices that aim at connecting mind and body.
