I partner with individuals and families who have reflected on their lives and have decided to make a change. It takes courage and vulnerability to seek counseling. My role is to instill hope, provide encouragement, and teach skills to manage the ever-evolving stressors of life. I believe all individuals deserve to feel seen, heard and have within them what is needed to heal and change the narrative of their life.

Couples (using level 1 and 2 Gottman Method couples therapy)
Children seeking play therapy
Teens and adults experiencing anxiety/depression
Teens and adults facing life transitions
Sandtray therapy
Individuals dealing with panic attacks or social anxiety
Young adults navigating relationships
Individuals seeking support through grief and loss
Career counseling (including resume guidance, job search support, interview prep, transition planning, and burnout prevention)
Qualifications:
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Master Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist™
Education: University of Kansas School of Social Welfare
Specialties: Child-centered play therapy
Therapeutic Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Gottman Level 1 and Level 2 Certified
Hourly rate: $150
