Adjusting to change can be hard. Sometimes we make a personal choice for change, sometimes it happens unexpectedly or out of our control. When we are able to plan for change, the expectations we make of the outcome aren’t always realistic.

Does your teen snooze the alarm and struggle to get out of bed in the morning? Do they return home from school mentally exhausted and physically edgy?

During this holiday season, everywhere you go there are signs, shirts, cards, home décor, etc. that write “grateful”, “thankful”, or “blessed”.

Sometimes we have an idea of what depression and anxiety look like, especially if we've gone through them ourselves.

August is here, and for some students, this is the dreaded countdown to losing their summer freedom, while others excitedly await the beginning of a new school year.

I will freeze, cry, or run out of the classroom. I dread the attention that this places solely on me. My thoughts will begin to spiral out of control:
