Completing a Psychological Assessment is a complex process. Here is what you can expect during this process:
Initial Session: Background Information will be discussed, and a tentative plan will be discussed for additional assessment needs. Please bring any medical documentation, former assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans and or supports that pertain to the concerns you would like to address. This session will take approximately 1.5 hours.
Session 2: Assessment Session(s) these sessions will entail assessments that are deemed appropriate and necessary for the completion of this psychological assessment. This/These session(s) will take approximately 2-3 hours.
Assessment Completion: The material gained from the sessions will be combined and analyzed to complete a report. This may take several weeks.
Final Meeting: The results and a report will be provided, explained and any questions will be answered. This session will take 50 minutes.
