You are invited to take some time to yourself and build on your tools to prevent burnout. Join us for our 2nd annual Care4u2 retreat at HJ's Youth Community Center on October 26th from 8:30am to 3:30pm. We will have two keynote speakers plus 3 hours of breakouts where you can pick what classes you want to join (up to 5 CEUs available depending on classes you choose). This will be a fun and interactive day with topics including mindfulness feeding your feelings, reducing burnout through relationships & intimacy, building resilience through play, protective factors and resiliency, and self-care through practical movement.
Coffee and pastries will be available in the morning for free. Lunch can be purchased through your ticket choice or you can get lunch on your own. The lunch purchased through tickets will be through Can I Have A Bite (https://www.canihaveabite.com/menu) and you will have 3 options for meals and sides (gluten free and vegetarian options available).
