There will be free food and drinks, you can meet and talk with our practitioners, and you can see some of the exciting changes we have made to the space. February 23rd - Trauma and Recovery: The Biology of Trauma and Nervous System Injury
Resolve Counseling and Wellness in partnership with Sierra Tucson is excited to welcome Camille Drachman, MSW, LCSW, SEP who will present on Trauma and Recovery: The Biology of Trauma and Nervous System Injury. Camille Drachman, MSW, LCSW, SEP, is currently serving as the interim clinical director at Sierra Tucson. Before assuming this role, she was the manager of integrative therapies of Somatic Experiencing® and EMDR. She is a licensed clinical social worker and Somatic Experiencing practitioner. Camille began working at Sierra Tucson in 2011 and has served as a primary therapist for the Mood & Anxiety and Trauma Recovery programs, as well as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. Camille speaks nationally on the physiology of healing and is passionate about helping others heal. She has worked in residential treatment for over 10 years, specializing in addiction, mood disorders, and trauma.
The event will take place at Jewish Family Services/425 E 63rd St./Kansas City, MO 64110 on Friday, February 23rd. Networking will begin at 9:00am with the Continuing Education following at 9:30am and ending at 12:30pm. Three Continuing Education Credit's will be provided for clinicians. Parking is provided along 63rd Street as well as in the adjacent parking garage East of the venue at (601 East 63rd St).
